Saturday, April 7 | 2018 Season Home Game at the DC Armory
See the DC Rollergirls in action at the DC Armory on Saturday, April 7. This double header will feature an opening game by Maryland Area Roller Sports Junior Derby vs. the Pittsburgh Derby Brats, followed by the main event: a game between two of our legacy home teams, the Cherry Blossom Bombshells and Majority Whips.
Doors open at 3:30 p.m. and wheels roll at 4:30. Tickets are available online via the DC Rollergirls Store and Ticketmaster, or get them at the door. Special group rates are available for advance purchases of 20 or more adult tickets. For more information on group tickets, contact tickets@dcrollerderby.org.
Tickets are $15 for adults ages 12 +, $12 for military members (with ID), $6 for children age 6-11, and free for children under 5.

Event Details
Maryland Area Roller Sports (MARS) junior roller derby was established for children ages 7-17 to learn the sport of roller derby. The junior skaters are trained by a team of qualified current or former roller derby skaters from the Mason-Dixon Roller Vixens and Southern Maryland Roller Derby.
The Cherry Blossom Bombshells, a nod to D.C’s popular trees, took home the season championship in 2016. The team’s skaters wear pink, and it is one of the original DCRG home teams. The Majority Whips, clad in green jerseys, was added in 2011 when the league grew and added a fourth home team.
Half time entertainment will be provided by the Greenbelt S.I.T.Y. Stars Jump Rope Team.
