I did colorguard in high school (you know — the kids with the flags, sabres, and rifles sharing the field with the marching band?). I’ve also dabbled in rock climbing.

Bio

I’m a California transplant to D.C. by way of Boston. I started roller derby in 2012, but had to give it up after a few months (grad school, blah). After moving to DC and seeing the DC Roller Girls skate, I knew I couldn’t live without it any longer. So I fired up my lipstick and my blowtorch and got back on eight wheels. I’m thrilled to be a part of this community of phenomenal women.

Likes

Science fiction, hiking, intersectional feminism, cats, eyeliner, craft cocktails. Also, if we’re being honest, well-crafted spreadsheets.

Dislikes

Drivers who don’t use their blinker. Cilantro.
